Our respected client is seeking in all facets of Human Resource such as recruitment and selection process, compensation and benefits, employee relations and administration for the position of HR Manager.

Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient workforce in a dynamic and often demanding
environment. This role take in-charge all facets of Human Resource.

Key job responsibilities include:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
* Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers, considering the specific needs of
construction projects.
* Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online platforms, industry networks, and partnerships
with trade schools.
* Managing the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending job
offers.
* Onboarding new employees, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company and projects.

Employee Relations:
* Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts fairly and effectively.
* Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
* Managing employee performance reviews and providing feedback.
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Compensation and Benefits:
* Developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits packages.
* Managing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
* Overseeing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Training and Development:
* Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Ensuring employees have the necessary certifications and licenses for their roles.
* Promoting continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Safety and Compliance:
* Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
* Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
* Managing workers' compensation claims and other safety-related issues.

HR Administration:
* Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
* Managing HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
* Utilizing HR software and systems to streamline HR processes.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Human Resource
- Must have at least 10 years of working experience in construction main functions is human resource
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations: Understanding federal and state employment laws, including those
specific to the construction industry.
- Effectively communicating with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
- Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various
construction roles
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills: Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues
- Training and development expertise: Designing and implementing effective training programs
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration: Managing payroll, benefits programs, and ensuring
compliance
- Safety and compliance knowledge: Understanding OSHA regulations and promoting a safe work environment
- HR administration and technology skills: Utilizing HR software and managing employee records
- Organizational and time-management skills: Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
