HR Operations Manager (Management Consulting)

Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting for a reputable Management Consulting company. We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Manager to join their team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Role Overview

This position is designed to ensure HR compliance and process excellence across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand), driving seamless integration of HR policies and processes. You will manage end-to-end HR operations, particularly for contingent workers, in collaboration with SEA Leadership, Legal, and Finance to optimize efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Integration

    • Develop and implement people policies per local laws.
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across SEA businesses.
    • Drive continuous process improvement and standardization.
    • Monitor HR data integrity and achieve set SLAs.
    • Lead HR operational projects for process enhancements.
    • Prepare and deliver monthly HR metrics reports.
  • Risk Management & Compliance

    • Ensure all HR operations comply with local laws.
    • Maintain high standards of legal and data integrity.
    • Set rigorous performance benchmarks.
  • Support & Guidance

    • Implement effective HR processes across various platforms.
    • Manage partnership with the HR Shared Service Center.
    • Oversee SLAs to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
  • Contingent Workforce Management

    • Oversee HR lifecycle for contingent workers.
    • Tailor HR activities to specific models and geographic needs.
    • Collaborate with leadership to enhance risk assessment and compliance.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
  • Proactive and independent, with a drive to get things done.
  • Comfortable working with virtual teams.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Trello, Slack) and video conferencing (Zoom).
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Preferably to have Banking & Finance background
