Job Description:
- Oversee recruitment and staffing for operational and corporate roles, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and overseeing union negotiations if applicable.
- Implement training programs to enhance skills, safety practices, and leadership development.
- Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and retention strategies for the workforce.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Lead performance management, including employee evaluations and development plans..
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in HR management, preferably in the mining, heavy industry, or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of mining industry regulations, labor laws, and safety compliance.
- Leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.
