Investor Relations Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Investor Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with foreign investors, particularly those interested in the Indonesian market.
    • Conduct regular investor meetings and presentations to showcase the company's investment portfolio and market opportunities.
    • Understand investor needs and preferences to tailor investment presentations accordingly.
    • Provide regular updates on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that impact the investment landscape.
  • Investment Product Commercial:

    • Collaborate with investment teams to structure and package investment products to appeal to foreign investors.
    • Develop comprehensive investment materials, including pitch decks, investor reports, and marketing collateral.
    • Monitor market trends and economic indicators to identify potential investment opportunities and risks as an insight for the investor.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new investment opportunities with foreign investors.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand the investor network.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective investor acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong Investment Acumen:

    • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and valuation methodologies.
    • Ability to analyze complex financial data and create clear and concise financial reports for investments.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Market Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian investment landscape, economic conditions, and regulatory environment.
    • Ability to identify emerging market opportunities and assess their potential impact.
  • Relationship Building Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Business Development Skills:

    • Proven track record in business development and sales.
    • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Language Proficiency:

    • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with foreign investors.
  • Educational Background:

    • Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or a related field.
    • Experience in the Indonesian market is highly desirable.
  • Locations:

    • Willing to be based in Bali, Indonesia or optionally working remotely with occasion meetings in Bali, Indonesia
