IT Business Specialist (Manufacturing)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Personal Care Manufacturer Company for the role of IT Business Specialist in Manufacturing Process.

Company & Job Description :

  • Identifying areas for optimisation for multiple manufacturing plants globally
  • Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and improve productivity with global design thinking
  • Work closely with plant managers and manufacturing teams to understand the needs and tailor the right solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between manufacturing processes and business goals.
  • Develop and implement new processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and improve global efficiencies.
  • Provide thought leadership questioning on recommending changes to group design
  • Perform change impact assessments and define training plans to support successful and smooth transition
  • Develop working relationships across business stakeholders and peers to shape requirements
  • Develop training programs to ensure standardisation of best practices
  • Gather and analyse data to track progress and identifying further areas for improvement.
  • Identifying & implementing solutions for new technology to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Develop globalisation roadmap for manufacturing systems
  • Provide training, coaching, & support to the manufacturing teams to enhance the performance, & overall effectiveness

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing process i
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to various plant locations globally.
  • Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing manufacturing processes across various functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and change management techniques.
  • Experience working in a global environment with cross-functional and/or multicultural teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Infor.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, data lake or other analytic reporting tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
  • Creative and willing to drive change.
  • Familiar with managing external vendors and able to communicate with users across all levels.
  • Understands master data requirements and reporting needs.
  • Able to adopt a flexible working hour arrangement to work with team members located in different time zones.
