Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of on-growing F&B manufacturing. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 6 year's experience in upstream manufacturing process for the job of Manufacturing Manager (Upstream). The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations of the food manufacturing facility to ensure production goals are met.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.
Monitor production processes and adjust plans as necessary to meet changes in demand or production challenges.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality regulations at all times.
Manage and train production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and safety.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to implement quality control measures and address any product issues.
Collaborate with supply chain and inventory management to ensure optimal levels of raw materials.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Prepare and manage budgets related to operational costs, labor, and materials.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of [6+] years of experience in food manufacturing or production management.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP).
Proven experience in managing teams and leading operational improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
