Learning & Development Specialist
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a mining company. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 7 years of strong experience in human resources development divisions. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, compile and analyze all training needs across holding and subsidiaries,
- Manage the implementation of In-house and outside training and certification,
- Ensure that the KPI system & Performance Management System is utilized according to company standards and targets,
- Involve in implementing Individual Development Program and monitoring the High Potential Employees,
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any discipline,
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development related role
- Strong partnership and good communication skills
- Proficient in English
