Job Summary
Our respected client is seeking a Marketing Account Manager who will be responsible for building, planning, and delivering creative projects. The job is based in Parañaque City, Philippines, with a mid-shift working schedule and hybrid arrangement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to and work with clients to bring projects into the studio by developing relationships and fostering trust
- Receive and interpret briefs, then coordinate the necessary approvals
- Coordinate internal meetings with stakeholders to achieve the above
- Work with other members of the Operations team to resource the right team members to deliver against the brief
- Manage work through the studio from briefing to delivery across multiple channels and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on your projects accurately and regularly as required
- Encourage and facilitate collaboration across both the wider delivery team and Group as a whole
- Work with Project Leads to ensure detailed project, implementation and/or actions plans are created for each project
- Ensure project requirements are documented and agreed on to ensure project activity meets agreed client objectives.
- Ensure risks and issues are being recorded, monitored and proactively managed to minimise disruption to successful delivery
- Make sure Project Leads have visibility of and are able to collaborate on high priority projects and pitches
- Chair and own weekly status meetings with both the clients and key studio stakeholders ensuring that project statuses, risks and onboarding processes are detailed and communicated clearly
- Update the project regularly on our project management system

- Related experience at a relevant level of delivery in a corporate setting or ideally, an agency setting.
