Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, is recruiting on behalf of an emerging e-commerce and online booking company that commenced operations this year. Our esteemed client is in need of a Marketing Lead with extensive experience in managing and enhancing the company's presence. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that incorporate social media, content creation, commercial campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Lead and oversee all marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, print advertising, and event sponsorships.
- Content Creation: Manage the overall content strategy, coordinate with external teams, and build an in-house team of content creators and social media specialists.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and track their effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with external marketing partners and establish a strong internal marketing team.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget of PHP 60,000, ensuring all activities are cost-effective.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
- Strong background in content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
