Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for Marketing Lead position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at retaining Indonesian patients and preventing them from seeking medical care abroad, specifically in Malaysia.
- Analyze market trends and patient behaviors to identify key factors driving patients to seek treatment outside Indonesia.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and departments to create targeted campaigns that highlight the hospital's strengths, such as quality of care, advanced medical technology, and specialized services.
- Design and execute patient education programs that emphasize the benefits of receiving treatment within Indonesia, including cost-effectiveness, convenience, and access to top-notch medical professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, community leaders, and patient advocacy groups, to enhance the hospital's visibility and reputation.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies, to reach a wider audience and engage with potential patients.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop partnerships with local and regional media outlets to promote the hospital's services and success stories.
- Organize and participate in health fairs, seminars, and community events to raise awareness about the hospital's offerings.
- Work closely with the hospital's leadership team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve maximum impact.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand why patients might prefer treatment in Malaysia and address these concerns through targeted marketing messages.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing activities, campaign results, and patient retention metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive patient retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex marketing challenges.
