Marketing Manager (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational fiber optic and connectivity provider for the role of Marketing Manager at least 8 years experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning with target audience - ISPs and Communities
  • Develop a brand artefact to be used by ISPs, similar to "Intel Inside"
  • Develop a plan and approach to drive awareness in communities about the benefits of a "neutral FTTH infrastructure" - create positioning for the company as an infrastructure player (not an ISP)
  • Plan and execute impactful content marketing strategies to drive awareness of the company's network strength and partnership approach with target ISPs
  • Plan and execute events and sponsorships, including partnerships with industry associations, to promote brand awareness and engage ISP stakeholders
  • Manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility in liaison with the PR firm.
  • Build a panel of senior influencers and advisors who can drive awareness about the company with target audiences
  • Conduct thorough market research, including competitive analysis, to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media towards Communities and Consumers - to create pull for the network
  • Drive field marketing activities through Site Acquisition teams for local marketing within communities
  • Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
  • Maximize Marketing ROI by being cost conscious and appointing cost-effective content and creative marketing partners

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from any major.
  • Have more than 7 years of experience developing strategic marketing content.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative brand thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
