Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly creative and proactive Product Focus Marketing Specialist to support the Regional Chief Marketing Officer, Country Leads/POCs, and Technology Manager. This role involves crafting compelling marketing strategies, managing promotional materials and events, and driving initiatives to achieve principal and ITG targets. The ideal candidate must excel in multitasking, delivering projects across regional scopes, and achieving revenue objectives.

The role demands a comprehensive understanding of the marketing mix, a strong foundation in creativity, timelines, and ROI, as well as familiarity with market research, data analysis, and customer behavior insights. Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing tools is essential for executing campaigns and supporting both corporate and product-level goals.

The job offers a Hybrid (4x/week in the office) working arrangement in Quezon City.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Positioning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and target markets.
  • Develop competitive product positioning strategies aligned with customer needs.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with product development goals.

Go-to-Market Planning and Execution

  • Create and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies for lead generation and product launches.
  • Utilize digital marketing, content creation, and events to maximize campaign impact.
  • Develop strategies for lead nurturing, customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for seamless product adoption and satisfaction.

Performance Measurement

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track marketing initiatives.
  • Use analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize strategies.

Customer Engagement and Retention

  • Gather customer insights to refine product offerings.
  • Work with customer success teams to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Coordinate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to align efforts with revenue goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns and communications.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they meet capability requirements.

Technical Skills and Tools

  • Knowledge of CRM and productivity tools.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer behavior metrics.

Soft Skills
