Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a prominent construction company with an on-going project as the sub-contractor with one of the largest main contractors in China. They are currently looking to hire a seasoned MEP Site Manager to assist them with their industrial factory construction projects and will be based in India either in Banglore or Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilitiies:

  • Responsible for the project construction and coordinating the relationship between the construction teams.
  • Responsible for organizing the implementation of project quality plan, construction organization design, safety and civilized construction measures.
  • According to the monthly progress plan, be responsible for preparing the weekly progress control plan, and prepare the specific work content of each day according to the weekly progress plan.
  • Organize the acceptance and completion work of the projects.
  • Carry out unified dispatch and arrangement for all construction equipment of the project.
  • Responsible for organizing project safety construction inspections, and actively cooperating with superior authorities in various inspections of projects.
  • Responsible for organizing various signs and finished product protection at the construction site.
  • Responsible for organizing construction technical briefings for various professional construction teams, supervising the implementation, inspecting and guiding professional construction teams to make technical briefings to operators.
  • Responsible for organizing product inspection and test status identification during the construction process. Participate in the review of unqualified process products, be responsible for the disposal plan of unqualified process products and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Organize the implementation of finished product protection measures and the repair of lost or damaged finished

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in civil engineering, construction, industrial or related majors.
  • More than 3 years of site management experience, experience in mechanical and electrical design in real estate companies and design institutes.
  • Familiar with laws and regulations related to safety, civilized construction, quality, etc., and familiar with project management work. Have a hard-working spirit and strong communication, coordination, planning and execution abilities
