Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage sales performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role in consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to formulate effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of distribution channels and networks in Indonesia.
- Ability to travel as needed.
