Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for Nursing Manager position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and lead the nursing staff to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the nursing department.
- Manage nursing schedules to ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including infection control and patient safety.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Address patient and family concerns, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Manage the nursing budget, including resource allocation and cost control.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- a Master's degree in Nursing from reputable company.
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and nursing practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
