Job Description:

  • Ensure the company's business approach is well understood and implemented in policies and practices.
  • Develop operational styles that align with business objectives, in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Understand and advise on local HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of policies across the organization.
  • Recommend policy changes to maintain competitive advantage, in consultation with senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and train managers on labor laws.
  • Support managers in defining job roles and implementing changes to improve productivity and morale.
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative systems for the HR department.
  • Ensure fair treatment policies are applied consistently.
  • Lead communication initiatives and maintain high standards of safety and health.
  • Monitor employee morale and manage benefits and well-being programs.
  • Drive participation in employee surveys and follow through on action plans.
  • Support hiring managers with planning and sourcing strategies.
  • Select the right talent to meet business needs.
  • Propose competitive compensation packages to attract candidates.
  • Ensure managers develop employees' capabilities through effective development plans.
  • Maintain consistent performance assessment standards and ensure necessary improvements.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong communication skills.
