Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Professional Division is partnered with a rapidly expanding property or technology platform Company. Due to their rapid growth and expansion, they are currently seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to able to join their force.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize meetings and maintain calendars
- Handle phone calls and emails, taking messages when needed
- Record detailed and accurate meeting notes
- Assist with daily time management tasks
- Run errands as needed
- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Write emails and letters
- Prepare training and meeting slides
- Shoot and edit videos
Job Requirements:
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skill
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
