Private Banking Team Manager (Banking), Bangkok, Thailand

Award-winning executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group, is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading banks in Thailand, offering a comprehensive range of banking and financial services for diverse clientele, including individuals, businesses, and corporations.

The position will be responsible for developing relationships with high-net-worth clients, acquiring new clients, and offering strategies aligned with client goals and market trends.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and sustain relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
  • Provide customized investment solutions and expert guidance on financial products.
  • Offer tailored banking solutions for both onshore and offshore needs, along with expert advice on portfolio management, financial products, investment opportunities, and wealth structuring.
  • Optimize portfolios and collaborate with the wealth management team to align strategies with client objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the wealth management team, including the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) team, Wealth Planning, and Family Office.
  • Attract new clients by leveraging an existing network and implementing targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through timely and accurate transaction execution, responding promptly to inquiries, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Monitor and enhance clients' investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their investment objectives and established strategies

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in Private Banking, Offshore Investment, or Wealth Management, with a preference for experience working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, proficient in MS Office, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
  • Must be passionate about sales and service, ambitious, and possess excellent presentation skills
  • Investment and insurance license holder; CFP certification is a plus.
