Monroe Consulting Philippines is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Procurement Manager for one of our clients. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Conduct Vendor Evaluations: Evaluate and select qualified suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, delivery time, and financial stability.
  • Manage Procurement Processes: Oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Manage Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
  • Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities: Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage Procurement Team: Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
