Production Support Manager (Financial Services)

  • Lead and manage the production support team for applications related to IT payment systems, EFT switching, and card management systems.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical applications.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and problem resolution for complex issues.
  • Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in application support with a focus on IT payment systems, EFT switching, or card management systems.
  • Proven experience as a hands-on application support lead and managing a team.
  • Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
