Project Archetype Functional Lead (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Prominent Private Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for Project Archetype Functional Lead . This job will be based in Bandung, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation projects within the hospital industry.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
  • Collaborate with senior management, hospital leadership, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive project alignment.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support project success and stakeholder adoption.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that new processes and systems are effectively integrated into existing workflows.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular project audits and reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the management consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
