Our respected client is seeking an experienced and tech savvy professional for the job of Project Manager. The job is located in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines but can offer a Work from Home arrangement with equipment/device provided.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager oversees planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation to completion. S/he is responsible for managing both resources and client expectations to ensure success of the project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to gather requirements and define the project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Negotiates contracts and scope of the project with clients.
- Draft project plan, including resource and risk plans, and budget estimations.
- Collaborate with the client to ensure deliverables are within the applicable scope, time, and budget
- Allocate resources needed to attain project objectives and manage them in an effective and efficient manner.
- Delegate tasks based on the team member's individual strengths, skills, and experience levels.
- Meet budgetary requirements and provide recommendations to resolve project constraints based on financial analysis and strategic planning; and
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards of project management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- At least five (5) years' experience in software development projects, with at least two (2) years in project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and contract and scope negotiation skills; and
- Must have stable internet connection at home for the recruitment process and effective work from home set up.
- Background in either Agile Software Development or the (Rational) Unified Process
- Project Management certification (PMI or Prince 2
