Project Manager (Construction)

Project Planning & Execution

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for road and highway construction projects.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of road infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies to completion.
  3. Ensure project execution aligns with government regulations, industry standards, and contract requirements.
  4. Manage project scope, changes, and risk assessments to prevent cost overruns and delays.

Construction Management

  1. Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
  2. Coordinate asphalt production and supply chains to meet project requirements.
  3. Ensure proper asphalt mix design, testing, and quality control for road durability and performance.
  4. Monitor and manage earthworks, pavement laying, drainage systems, and bridge construction.
  5. Conduct regular site inspections and progress tracking to address issues proactively.

Stakeholder Coordination

  1. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to maintain seamless project execution.
  2. Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and regulatory bodies to secure permits and approvals.
  3. Maintain effective communication with clients, investors, and public authorities regarding project updates.

Financial & Contract Management

  1. Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, and financial forecasting for project sustainability.
  2. Manage contract negotiations, claims, and procurement to optimize cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
  3. Ensure timely invoicing, payments, and financial reporting to stakeholders.

Risk Management & Compliance

  1. Ensure compliance with Indonesian road construction standards (e.g., SNI, PU regulations) and international best practices.
  2. Identify and mitigate potential risks, including safety hazards, environmental impacts, and supply chain disruptions.
  3. Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on construction sites.

Technology & Innovation

  1. Implement digital project management tools, GIS mapping, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) for project efficiency.
  2. Evaluate and adopt innovative construction techniques, such as sustainable asphalt mixtures and mechanized paving.
