Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for road and highway construction projects.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of road infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies to completion.
- Ensure project execution aligns with government regulations, industry standards, and contract requirements.
- Manage project scope, changes, and risk assessments to prevent cost overruns and delays.
Construction Management
- Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Coordinate asphalt production and supply chains to meet project requirements.
- Ensure proper asphalt mix design, testing, and quality control for road durability and performance.
- Monitor and manage earthworks, pavement laying, drainage systems, and bridge construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress tracking to address issues proactively.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to maintain seamless project execution.
- Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and regulatory bodies to secure permits and approvals.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, investors, and public authorities regarding project updates.
Financial & Contract Management
- Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, and financial forecasting for project sustainability.
- Manage contract negotiations, claims, and procurement to optimize cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payments, and financial reporting to stakeholders.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian road construction standards (e.g., SNI, PU regulations) and international best practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, including safety hazards, environmental impacts, and supply chain disruptions.
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on construction sites.
Technology & Innovation
- Implement digital project management tools, GIS mapping, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) for project efficiency.
- Evaluate and adopt innovative construction techniques, such as sustainable asphalt mixtures and mechanized paving.
