On behalf of a leading & multinational financial services (payment processing) company, Monroe Consulting Group is seeking for a dynamic Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects focused on payment processing, card management systems, and EFT switching.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in banking and financial services.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in IT project management within banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, card management systems, and EFT switching.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- PMP or relevant certification preferred.
