Our respected client is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator [Korean speaking]. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines with hybrid work arrangement (twice a month RTO).
Key job responsibilities:
- Managing account specific administration activities for the following scope of services: CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, candidate care, offer management, onboarding, invoice admin, updating applicant tracking system, identity & address verification and pre-employment screening
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.g., test or referral management, and ad hoc reporting or process review etc.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pes vendor) and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the immediate team
Key job requirements:
- Minimum 2 -3 years' experience as a bilingual
- No language certification is required but with Language assessment
- Recruitment experience not required
- Transferable skills, willingness to learn
