Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest multinational bank in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a banking professional for the job of Relationship Manager Assistant who is well versed in Corporate Banking. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City.

Job Summary:

As for the role, you will be focused on assisting the Relationship Manager in task related to portfolio management, admin works, and client acquisition and management.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • To develop market and maintain the relationship with corporate clients;
  • To introduce and promote appropriate financial products or services to corporate clients;
  • To be responsible for in providing daily service and contact with target clients;
  • To design financial service program to customers and coordinate with other departments to ensure good service;
  • To understand clients' business /industry, its evolution and challenges by conducting investigations and data collection of clients;
  • To prepare client's due diligence report, and analyze and make judgment based on data;
  • To conduct financial analysis and credit assessment on target customers, conduct investigation and prepare assessment reports;
  • To be responsible for post-loan management periodically with inspection on clients' business operation and cash flows, credit systems operations, archiving;
  • To accomplish own performance target in Loans, Deposit, New Account Opening, Net Interest Income, Fees and Commissions and others;
  • To check on the customers and manage AML risk on both account and transnational basis.
  • To assist KYC, AML and Credit related due diligence checking and documentation; and
  • To Safe-keep of AML-related documents and records that under Marketing's responsibility.
  • To accomplish other assignments from the Head.


Key job requirements include:

  • Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting, economy, finance or other relevant degrees;
  • Familiar with local banking regulations and policies; and
  • Familiar with credit products.
  • 2 years working experience relevant with corporate banking, treasury and project finance.
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fast learner;
  • Responsibility, resilience and accountability are required;
  • Proficient written and spoken English
