Sales & Marketing Manager

Executive search firm - Monroe Consulting Philippines is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager on behalf of our client that is a leading provider of coloring solutions for various materials. They specialize in delivering high-quality colorants and innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of their clients. The role is onsite and will be reporting within NCR and Bulacan area.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives to expand the company's market presence. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management within the materials or related industries.

Main responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop promotional materials, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide technical support and consultation on coloring solutions.

Product Promotion & Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to understand product capabilities and align them with customer needs.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree In Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Executive, preferably in a plastic colourant manufacturing industry or polymer trading business
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Willing to be deployed on field within or around NCR and Bulacan
