Sales Channel Lead (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare service, we are seeking a professional with at least 5 years' experience in Sales. This pivotal role will be responsible for generating patient referrals and revenue growth targeted towards existing and new clients of a specific sales channel [Business-to-Community (B2C), Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Doctors (B2D), Business-to-Insurers
(B2I) or Business-to-Government (B2G)] within local (Bali), domestic (Indonesia) and International Markets. The job is based in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, budgets, solutions, campaigns, and specific goals to increase patient volumes and meet revenue targets.
  • Provide management with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance and forecasts.
  • Report on the effectiveness of sales and lead generation campaigns using predetermined KPIs.
  • Directly negotiate and close agreements with large customers in all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to drive lead generation, new product development, and marketing campaigns


Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in pharmacy or medical device sales.
  • Able to work under pressure and targets.
  • Able to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Native Bahasa Indonesia Speaker with good English language skills
