Our client is a prominent multinational chemical distribution company. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join the Manila office. This position is vital in promoting the chemical products and expanding the customer base in the Philippine market. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a deep understanding of the chemical industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify potential clients through research and networking, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of our chemical offerings.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Behn Meyer and promote our products.
  • Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve products and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the chemical distribution or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and explore new markets.
