Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Company for the role of Sales Manager. The job description will be as follow :
- Creating and managing sales strategies and activities within the designated area.
- Conduct market and customer analysis to identify business opportunities and potential, translating these insights into effective sales plans.
- Actively seek and manage leads from the market and customers, converting them into tangible business opportunities.
- Regular customer engagement through meetings and site visits will be key to understanding their needs and building relationships
- Collaborate closely with the Business Unit Manager to ensure alignment and execution of the agreed-upon action plan to achieve results.
- Consistently and effectively using CRM and other tools will be essential in supporting the sales process and informed decision-making.
Job Requirements :
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5 to 15 years of sales experience, ideally within F&B Industry, with a strong background in value-based selling to decision-makers. Experience with Fluid technologies
- A self-driven, team-oriented individual with a strong customer focus.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative in achieving business objectives.
- High energy and focus, with a drive to meet ambitious goals
