Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on Heavy Duty filtration products. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8-15 years' experience in industrial gear product for the job of Sales Manager - Industrial Gear Products. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Approach OEMs/contractors/distributors which are using gear reducer, gearmotor, and motor.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, etc.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Provide sales and technical support to customer or prospect.
- Prepare sales reports which are required on weekly and monthly basis.
- Update CRM system and use it for customers monitoring.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaint.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better result.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with team members.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Engineering, Economics or related
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in industrial gear reducer, gearmotor, and motor sales.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesia language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Deep understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Independent, fast learner, and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
