Monroe is hiring for our client, an IT Consulting, is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Manager to handle their ERP, HRIS, and hardware managed service solutions. This opportunity is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressive approach into the primary growth sector of FSI, Manufacture, Infrastructure, Mining, and Government.
- Active prospecting & opportunity development.
- Develop strong relationships with our customer base at all levels
- Developing & Meeting sales targets set out on an annual basis.
- Participation in product development & Go-To-Market activities.
Requirements:
- Candidates with 8 - 10 years in similar fields (IT Consulting or Software Development company).
- Experienced on leading a team.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must have good written or oral communication skills.
