Scope of Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing strategies for each channel, including content creation, advertisement design, and target audience identification.
- Analyse competitors' offerings to understand their potential impact on our business performance.
- Assess competitor pricing strategies to ensure our market competitiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement new programs to boost sales across various channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and other distribution channels.
- Manage daily channel operations, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and customer service.
- Identify and leverage new opportunities within a channel to boost sales from current customers and attract new ones.
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with the company's products and services.
Requirements:
- Over 6 years of proven experience in business development, channel management, or related customer relationship roles.
- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the Laboratory Product market in Indonesia.
- Demonstrated success in expanding the Laboratory Product market.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with English-speaking business partners.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, influencing abilities, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
