We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing SAP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, recommend SAP-based solutions, and drive the implementation of SAP MM and FICO modules to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM and FICO functional specifications.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP MM and FICO modules to meet business needs, ensuring integration with other SAP modules.
- Lead and participate in SAP projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and support for ongoing operations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, providing documentation and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other SAP team members to ensure seamless implementation and optimization of SAP MM and FICO processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring system integrity and performance.
- Provide guidance and support for data migration activities related to MM and FICO modules.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of SAP systems, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices within the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, specifically in SAP MM and FICO modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM functionalities, including procurement, inventory management, material valuation, and vendor management.
- Deep understanding of SAP FICO processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost center accounting.
- Experience with SAP integration points and cross-functional processes between MM and FICO modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certification in MM or FICO is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in S/4HANA implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Experience with SAP enhancements and user exits.
- Familiarity with SAP project management methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile).
