Job Responsibilities:
- Improve ART Performance by facilitating cross team collaboration, building trust with stakeholders, coach the IP iteration, facilitate the problem-solving workshop, and help the team to inspect and adapt event.
- Facilitate PI Planning in the preparation process, draft PI Plans, create team PI objective, and review final plans and business value
- Support iteration execution (backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, review, and retrospective)
- Improve flow by establishing the team Kanban board, measure and optimize the flow, and build quality in.
- Build High-Performance teams by developing healthy agile teams to create high-value increments of working solution.
Requirement:
- Experience in project management, either with agile or waterfall methodology. Added value if strong in Scrum or SAFe framework.
- Have experience and have a sense in the technical area, for example experience as a programmer, system analyst or similar
- The agile events that have been carried out are not yet fully agile, they just follow suit. During the drill down, the purpose of the event and the resulting output were not understood
- Several agile events that were not carried out when I asked were answered oh yes I just remembered the answer and when I was down again I didn't know the details
- Communication involves a lot of thinking and looking upwards or elsewhere, causing distrust of the mastery being conveyed
- Have a sense of quality and safety of a product that is developed and released
- Apart from being a coach, facilitator and servant, you must also be able to conduct a team so that it becomes a self-organized team, but of course beforehand always monitors the reminders and also models the activities and checklists of what must be done in each role in an agile team.
