Key Job Responsibilities:
Energy and Utilities
1. Serve as the SME for Dynatrace
2. Facilitate the definition of Business Services with respect to various IT services and
apply best practices to configure service monitoring into Dynatrace
3. Improve the service monitoring of existing systems already in Dynatrace - maximize
the capability of the monitoring tool, refine the thresholds, anticipate blindspots,
improve insight reporting
4. Provide consulting services to the project teams and ensure best practices are
applied for setting up monitoring of new applications that will be implemented in
production
Key Job Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience setting up business service monitoring in Dynatrace
