Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Executive to join our team in the Philippines. The job is in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and offers a Onsite Work Arrangement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with various vendors, including Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Sangfor, Trend Micro, Cisco, IBM, BigFix, Automox, Microsoft, NSFocus, Nexusguard, Trellix, Tenable, SOC partners, CrowdStrike, and more.
- Overseeing vendor/distributor/supplier onboarding, master agreements, process creation, deal registration, and inventory planning. This also involves working with distributors like Ingram, Exclusive Network, Westcon, TechData, MTech, and VSTec.
- Attending customer meetings with sales personnel to identify opportunities or propose standard product solutions such as private SASE.
- Collaborating closely with various stakeholders including presales, Service Delivery Team, and Engineers to deliver services on time.
- Conducting quarterly product training for stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining the product deck, price book, and specific terms and conditions.
- Conducting market analysis, supporting government grants application, and new product development.
- Handling new quotes, renewals, and tenders within a 48-hour turnaround time.
- Assisting product lead in managing shipments, procurement processes, and vendor engagement.
- Managing local partner relationships, acting as a gatekeeper and supporting the commercial team locally.
- Providing monthly local market insights (e.g., competitor movement, vendor movement, and business gaps) and local touchpoints for better connection with local partners.
Key Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- Basic knowledge in cybersecurity, including Next Generation Firewall, End Point Security, EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), XDR (Extended Detection and Response), Patch Management, and SD-WAN/SASE.
- Having a CISSP or equivalent security certification is preferred.
- Must be data-oriented and able to provide information backed by statistics, trends, and competitor analysis.
- Background in SI/cybersecurity, ideally from a vendor, telco, or SI.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., PivotTables, trend analysis, etc.).
- At least 2-3 years of working experience.
