Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Work closely with engineers, other stakeholders and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly.
- Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, reports, and updates.
- Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and report on financial status.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure all project activities meet or exceed industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines.
Min Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Having a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Engineer, preferably from an engineering consulting company.
- Having experience handling coordination from several departments or discipline and ensure the progress of project as scheduled.
- Exposure to industrial projects (preferred), especially in Food & Beverage sector or Light Industrial sector.
- Good understanding of Cost, Schedule and Change Management with referenced experience in projects previously managed.
- Willing to travel to site locations regularly or assigned to site locations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
