Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company. Our respective client is looking for a Senior Regional Analyst for FP&A with at least 4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis. This job is based in BGC, Taguig City and has a hybrid work arrangement with 3x/week on-site schedule. This role will be reporting to the regional manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities: - Prepare and Distribute Financial Data
- Coordinate and prepare forecasting and planning activities, managing submissions from various functions within the Regional office.
- Participate in monthly closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate management reporting.
- Refresh monthly reports and ensure that all reports are consistently up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare and submit required reports for corporate systems on a monthly and annual basis, ensuring compliance with corporate reporting standards.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or any related course.
- At least 4 years experience in FP&A.
- Possess strong working knowledge with excel, power point and large dataset.
- Experience with business intelligence & reporting software (eg: Hyperion, Cognos, Tagetik, Power BI, Power query etc).
- Proven ability to manage tight timelines in a professional setting
- Executional excellence - accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently, delivering high quality results autonomously.
- Demonstrates strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a regional role.
- Commercial acumen - ability to understand the requirements of senior management.
