Our respected client is seeking a Financial Technology (FinTech) Sales & Business Development (BD) professional for the job of Senior Sales Manager (Lending Solutions). The job is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines and the company offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager (Lending Solutions) is expected to be developing and managing relationships in the banking, lending, and payment solutions space. He/She will lead and manage customer-facing activities to identify, negotiate and close contracts resulting in revenue.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships.
- Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
- Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted products and/or services.
- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.
- Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing resources and tools.
- Negotiates, structures and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and company's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
- Meets sales goals and objectives.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
Key job requirements include:
- Strong experience in sales for at least 6-8 years
- Strong experience in selling Software Sales/ Application Sales
- Strong experience selling to Banks/ Financial services Industry
