Job responsibilities
- Formulate sales plans and strategies for the Refractive business sector in Indonesia.
- Ensure market share growth for Refractive Devices.
- Conduct business reviews with iBase and expand consumable sales through account development plans for the existing customer base.
- Increase SMILE conversion rates for current accounts.
- Create financial and ROI plans for business proposals.
- Meet and surpass sales and financial targets for the Refractive business sector in Indonesia.
- Execute marketing strategies for the Refractive business sector in Indonesia.
- Participate in D2C marketing activities in partnership with the Regional Team.
- Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within the Refractive business sector.
- Organize and execute marketing activities, including product launches, roundtable discussions, and workshops, to expand the Refractive business sector in Indonesia.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for Indonesia.
- Be responsible for the growth of treatment pack sales in selected clinics.
- Provide comprehensive reports to Business Managers, including clinic performance, feedback, and customer insights on competitor activities, on a weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Sales Management or Business Development within the medical device industry, ideally with proven sales experience in Capital Equipment and Medical consumables.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong influencing and leadership capabilities.
- High customer focus.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Expertise in selling and account management.
- Proficient in B2C, B2B2C, and D2C marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial insight.
