Technical Support Engineer

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading Video AIoT Solutions and Services Provider.

Position Overview:

  • Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our esteemed client. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing technical aspects of the distribution and implementation of Hikvision products. This position involves providing top-notch technical support, training, and project management to ensure seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all technical aspects during the distribution or projects involving Hikvision products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, provide maintenance and upgrade services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, manage, and contribute to technical support guides and troubleshooting documentation as needed.
  • Deliver product and solution training for customers and end-users.
  • Manage project timelines and oversee successful project delivery.
  • Handle other job-related technical issues as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems (preferred).
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support, with familiarity in security products.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems.
  • Exceptional customer service awareness and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
