Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a reputable pharmaceutical distribution company. They are seeking a Trade and Distribution Manager who will be responsible for the creation and implementation of trade marketing programs of the company's products.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop trade marketing strategies for the products to identify key chain drugstores and other accounts aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Work with the product managers in creating the trade marketing strategies and programs.
  • Work with the trade teams to ensure the execution of Trade Marketing programs in identified key accounts.
  • Creates a sustainable relationship with identified accounts by creating trade programs that benefit both the company and the account.
  • Cultivate programs that ensure products sell in-store
  • Oversees the movement and sales of the company's products in the accounts by working with other departments to ensure that their product is available in stores, on display and ready for purchase.
  • Creation of trade marketing programs aligned with the brand strategies.
  • Execution of trade marketing programs based on agreed parameters and timelines.
  • Impact of trade marketing programs in increasing brand off take in identified accounts.
  • Creation of strategic partnerships with key accounts


Job qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, ideally with a business or marketing degree
  • At leas5 2 years' experience in trade marketing and distribution management and execution
  • Preferably with applicable sales and account management training and experience.
  • With exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities competent to work with and create connections with major customers and accounts
  • Knowledgeable in MS office applications
  • Willing to travel within the assigned area/region.
  • Hardworking and can work with minimal supervision.
