Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting for a client that manufactures quality products and services for the Philippine market in electronic and photo imaging, graphic systems, medical systems, and industrial products. Our respected client seeks a Trade and Event Coordinator who will be responsible in the execution of on-ground marketing strategies, such as fulfilling logistical requirements during activities/events and auditing retail store displays. The work set up is Onsite, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm and the office is based in BGC Taguig, Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively overseeing logistics and coordinating with internal/external partners, dealers, suppliers, and agencies during on-ground activities and campaigns
  • Managing and monitoring in-store and event assets, such as modules, collaterals, and promotional items
  • Auditing retail stores displays and in-store branding
  • Performing product demonstrations and onsite customer support
  • Conducting market research did providing relevant insight as needed
  • Providing administrative support to the team, such as keeping track of internal and external documentation, processing permits and filing requests inside and outside FFPH, etc.
  • Working closely with the marketing and sales teams in strategizing and executing ideas for new campaigns
  • Developing and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationship with colleagues and management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Sales, Advertising, or any Marketing/Business-related course
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a Trade Marketing, Event Coordination, or similar
  • Solid experience in campaign planning and execution, specifically with regards to event management
  • Able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience in conducting social listening and market research, ile, gathering and analyzing data
  • Social media-savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, etc.) and in tune with the latest trends
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Effective communicator and listener
  • Has a dynamic and passionate personality
  • Highly resourceful, reliable, and flexible
  • A good eye for event styling, interior decorating, and retail display
