As their business growth and expansion continues, our esteemed client is looking for a Video Editor to join their team. This position is to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
You will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to produce high-quality AI-related videos and visuals. This role requires a strong focus on creativity and proficiency in utilizing various AI software tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Skillfully edit and produce high-quality videos focusing on AI-driven content.
- Enhance visuals, transitions, sound, and effects to deliver polished final outputs.
- Work with various AI-based software tools for video editing, image enhancement, and content creation.
- Experiment with AI tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and generate creative assets.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead to understand project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with the brand's vision and goals.
- Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring high-quality output across social media, websites, and other mediums.
- Adjust formats, resolution, and aspect ratios based on distribution requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, AI tools, and visual storytelling techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in content editing, video editing, animation editing and multimedia support role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects and adjust to varying creative styles and timelines.
- Ability to transform concepts into engaging and visually compelling videos. Strong storytelling skills, with an eye for pacing, flow, and visual composition.
- Previous experience in AI editing tools: Mid Journey, KlingAI is advantageous.
- Previous experience in virtual entertainment, gaming, or web3 community moderation.
