Our respected client is seeking an executive with at least 3 years of working experience in accounting for the job of Accounting Analyst. The job is based in Canlubang, Laguna, Philippines.
Job summary:
- The Accounting Specialist is responsible Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and collections
Key job responsibilities include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Analyse financial data and identify trends
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Provide support for audits and tax preparations
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy
- At least 3 years of working experience in accounting gained from manufacturing company
- Working knowledgeable in PFRS, IFRS, PHIL and US GAAP
- Working knowledge in SOX and Internal controls
- Working knowledge in Philippine Taxation
- Good analytical and excellent communication skills
- Experience in using ERP systems (SAP, BAAN, LN, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office
