As the business continues to grow, our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist/Manager with a strong background in the rigging and lifting solutions sector. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in business development roles, preferably in the rigging, lifting, or heavy industry sector.
- Proven ability to develop and expand client relationships in industrial sectors such as mining, manufacturing, construction, or oil and gas.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Target-driven, with a track record of achieving sales and business development goals.
- Experience in negotiating large contracts and closing complex deals.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
