As the company continues to grow, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of leadership experience in the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the clean beauty & sustainability mission.
- Lead brand positioning, product innovation, and market expansion, strengthening brand as Indonesia's top sustainable body care brand.
- Stay ahead of beauty trends, eco-friendly packaging, and consumer demands to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure profitable growth with a focus on cost control, EBITDA improvement, and cash flow optimization.
- Set clear financial KPIs, ensuring ROI on marketing, R&D, and retail distribution.
- Drive sales performance across DTC (Shopee, TikTok), retail, and hotel/horeca partnerships.
- Oversee aggressive digital marketing, live shopping, and influencer collaborations to boost customer engagement.
- Implement a strong pricing, promo, and distribution strategy for both mass-market & premium positioning.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, product development, and market expansion.
- Strong financial acumen, with a track record of driving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, omnichannel sales, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
