Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational FMCG company. As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Representative to support the expansion of their personal healthcare business. This position will be based in various regions across Indonesia.


Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned territories, accounts, and customers to drive sales performance and ensure business growth.
  • Act as the key point of contact for healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders, representing the company's products and values with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners to increase product visibility and adoption.
  • Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies that align with both short-term sales targets and long-term business development.
  • Gather insights from field activities and customer interactions to support the development of tailored marketing and sales plans.
  • Promote products through regular customer visits, events, and other engagement activities to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standards for handling confidential and sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field, preferably in science-related disciplines.
  • 2-4 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and track record of achievements in academic or professional settings.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate across Indonesia, and comfortable working in multicultural environments and across different time zones.
