- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and execute financial strategies and plans.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Direct the company's financial plans and policies.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Treasury and Cash Management
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
- Develop and execute capital allocation strategies.
- Investor Relations
- Develop and maintain investor and analyst relationships.
- Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy.
- Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries.
- Fundraising Activity
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with funding sources.
- Prepare fundraising materials and manage investor relations.
- Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence, and negotiation of terms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in finance and accounting, with 5 years in senior leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in fundraising activity, strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
