Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of notable Financial Services Holding Group in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The job is based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

As the CFO, you will oversee our company's financial health and strategic direction. You will lead finance and accounting, provide financial guidance to senior management, and drive initiatives to enhance financial performance and shareholder value.

Job Description:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and execute financial strategies and plans.
    • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
    • Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
    • Direct the company's financial plans and policies.
  2. Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements.
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
  3. Treasury and Cash Management
    • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
    • Develop and execute capital allocation strategies.
  4. Investor Relations
    • Develop and maintain investor and analyst relationships.
    • Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy.
    • Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries.
  5. Fundraising Activity
    • Develop and execute fundraising strategies.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with funding sources.
    • Prepare fundraising materials and manage investor relations.
    • Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence, and negotiation of terms.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in finance and accounting, with 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Proven experience in fundraising activity, strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team development experience.
  • Ability to drive change and process improvements.
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
